Nortel initially approached webslingerz for assistance in developing content for the NortelNetworks.com site. Since then, the range and scope of projects has expanded to include development, consulting, and hosting for Intranet, Extranet, and Marketing projects for various divisions of the company.

Interactive Product Tutorial

When the Nortel Emerging Service Provider Group needed a new way to deliver up-to-the-minute news and innovative, interactive resources to their existing and potential clients, they partnered with webslingerz to develop an interactive website. This site delivered news, exclusive articles, and a suite of interactive tools within the framework and architecture of the existing Nortel model. The tool set was custom-built to meet the needs of Nortel content developers and allowed full and intuitive control over the site from a simple but powerful administrative interface. The tools allowed both control over the interactive content as well as in-depth management and analysis of usage statistics.

Additionally, webslingerz has worked on such projects as: architecture for a consolidated Service Provider and Carrier Intranet; expansion and maintenance of an existing Extranet platform; Flash presentations for products, services, and events; audio and video webcasts of corporate events; and creation of promotional graphics for use on the NortelNetworks.com site and in print collateral.
